Delivery Policy

a. Please be advised that flaunt bird is an online shop of imported children wear; we manage delivery to your door step within 2-3 days of order placement.


Returns Policy

a. What is Flaunt Bird return, refund & exchange policy?

Flaunt Bird is liable to return, refund or exchange items on following conditions:

1. We dispatched wrong design, size or color.
2. The dispatched item is defective.

If any of the given condition is complied, the customer has the liberty to return item by putting forward a request within 7 days of purchase.

In case of exchange clients are advised to note that the item(s) must be in original condition. Any pieces of clothing that show up to have been worn, washed, or changed in any way will be denied.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains or that smell of perfume.

The items must be returned to our warehouse address before the refund or exchange can be issued.

Once reviewed and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.

Please be very well informed that our quality team thoroughly inspects items for any defects before delivery, therefore chances of dispatching defected or wrong items to clients are very rare.

Note: Items purchased during sale or offer period are subject to no returns, exchanges or refunds, given it fulfils the conditions of liability at our end stated here above in this section.

b. How do I organize a return?

After successful compliance to above stated, you may summit a request to us through an email with subject “Flaunt Bird return & refunds” & mention following:

1. Attach original Invoice.
2. Item to Return.
3. Reason to return.

After preliminary exanimation of given information, we will send an email confirming the acceptance on your request.

We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.

We also suggest that you retain the evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded or adjusted.

You are liable for paying the return delivery costs unless you are returning the items because wrong or damaged item was sent.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.

c. Where do I send my returned item?

All items to be dispatched to address given after confirmation on your return request. We will provide all required information at the time of request approval.

d. How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-9 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse.
We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method.

Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.

e. How long will it take to process my exchange?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 7-9 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way.
